4 Shaft Automatic Changing Stretch Film Slitter Rewinder is our updated new model for high speed stretch film slitter rewinder with pneumatic shaft, it has 2 rewinding stations on 4 shafts for high speed core changing. It can improve production for 30% up compared to 2 shaft models.
The machine has inverter and digital control panel, PLC control, Touch screen simple for operation, very user friendly, perfect for volumn production for LLDPE film, PE stretch film, cling wrap, PVC cling film, electric wire wrapping film, PE protection film, shrink film etc.
To simplify the operation of the machine, it uses a pneumatic shaft for the rewinding arm.
After our machine slitting&rewinding, the rewind film becomes smoother/cleaner.
As an option, this machine can work as a high speed stretch film rewinding machine when the knife system goes up.
The machine is designed with pneumatic loading of the mother roll for less labor involved. It is built with a specially designed lift motor to adjust the centering position (adjust left/right).
