High speed wallpaper kraft paper rewinder is used for various wallpapers, kraft paper, gift paper, book cover,nonwoven fabrics, PE film, BOPP film, PVC film, PET protective film, reflective film, hot melt adhesive film, EVA foam, non-woven fabrics, flocked fabrics, knitted fabrics, PU artificial leather, various insulating papers, release papers, self-adhesive papers, highland barley paper, various copper foils, aluminum foils and other rolls .
The whole machine adopts a servo motor to control the feeding, PLC and touch screen control,automatically counts meters, automatically cuts, pre-feeds the material to the rewinding reel and then continues to rewind,very simple in operate.

Features:
1. Unwinding: Air pressure lift-type unwinding frame is one-piece unwinding frame, and the unwinding tension adopts automatic tension control.
2. Rewinding: Continuous air expansion shaft, computer controlled automatic inflation and opening.
3. Cutting: Adopts rodless cylinder reciprocating pneumatic flying knife, which automatically cuts off after rewinding.
4. The machine adopts surface coiling, and the coiling quality is uniform and stable.
5. The machine automatically stops when the length is fixed, and the length automatically counts in meters.
6. Automatic deviation correction, automatic edge trimming, and round knife trimming.
