Features:
1. This series of aluminum foil container production line uses PLC electronic control system, with the function of main body reversal. It uses a Japanese double safety solenoid valve and pressure relay to ensure safe operation.
2. Open type high-performance pneumatic punching machine with steel plate welded body and high hardness.
3. The dry friction clutch can stop the slider at any position, and can realize single-time, inching and continuous operation, which is useful to adjust the position of the mold and the workpiece at any time and improve the machining precision.
4. The whole machine uses Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC centralized control, and is equipped with safety double valve and balance cylinder, which is stable and reliable. It can be equipped with a light curtain protection device and a safety press.
5. The transmission system is contained within the fuselage and has a compact structure.
6. The production line uses an independent mobile operating station, which is convenient in operation and beautiful in appearance.
