The high speed rewinder for cling wrap is the latest model for 2018 for heavy duty high speed production.
It can produce 12-14 rolls per minute for consumer rolls of clign wrap.
This machine is very user friendly working by touch screen operation, smart plc program fulfill all work automatically.
As a new gadget, it will be fixed with an option for punching the line during rewinding the film, the punching distance is freely adjustable on the controller by driving the servo motor.
This machine is ideal for rewinding PE cling wrap, and PVC food stretch wrap produced by the same casting line or blowing machine.
Machine pass CE certificate for the safety standard of Europe, the size of the mother roll has a protective cover on the mother roll if there is any issue to fall.
