Automatic Medical Dressing Making Machine is designed and developed for specialization in the field of medical dressing industry for various purposes. Suitable for medical dressings, wound dressing paste, gauze, indwelling needle sticking operation, sewing kit and various sheet material packaging production, completed by servo motor drive, according to the shape of the product is equipped with automatic feeding device . Using the man-machine interface program PLC programmable controller in which operation methods are created.
The machine consists of servo traction, dural feeding, production lot batch number printing, reciprocating heat sealing, vertical and horizontal cutting and finished product conveying mechanism for all procedures in one step automatic operation. The machine has superior performance, convenient operation and maintenance.
